Body: Got wireless running on his thinkpad, straightened out X, straightened out
the console fonts and booted KNOPPIX for the first time ever. Last problem
in SuSE is that the sound card isn't working.

Body: Got sound support for his maching working, and SuSE 9 working on a ThinkPad
600, and got his Orinoco Gold card working. With some help got on the
Internet and downloaded a copy of Firefox for Linux because he likes it.
It give him a consisent look and feel between Linux, Windows and OS/2.
